Are you an organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant looking for a remote opportunity? PregnaWell is hiring a full-time remote Administrative Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations, patient communications, and administrative tasks. If you are tech-savvy, highly organized, and fluent in Arabic and English, this role is for you!
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Administrative Support & Organization
Manage emails, scheduling, and document filing efficiently.
Organize patient records, reports, and internal documents.
Assist Dietitian Maha Hommos with daily tasks such as data entry, emails, and spreadsheets.
✅ Patient Communication & Coordination
Answer patient inquiries on different platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Email, etc.).
Send weekly/daily reports to patients and track responses.
Ensure smooth communication between patients and the dietitian team.
✅ Tech & Data Management
Maintain Google Drive, Sheets, and Documents with up-to-date information.
Organize and track appointments, reports, and schedules.
Help with basic social media scheduling and posting when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔️ 2+ years of administrative experience (preferably in healthcare, telehealth, or customer service).
✔️ Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
✔️ Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
✔️ Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
✔️ Strong time management and attention to detail.
